Larry and Deborah Mininger were senior pastors for 17 years in California before spending 33 years on the field as missionary evangelists. They are Master Trainer Church Planters, auxiliary faculty for Advantage College, and radio and TV ministers in Finland, Estonia, and Ukraine. Larry authored four books. Serving as conference speakers and seminar hosts are part of their regular agenda. They are teachers by necessity, preachers by calling, and ministers of the Spirit by design.
