Since 2004, Todd and Stephanie Presley, along with their children, have served as missionaries in Wales, where they founded the ELI Project. The ELI Project (Every Life’s Important) is a compassionate ministry dedicated to supporting families of loved ones with additional needs. In July 2024, the ELI Project purchased its very first building—a significant milestone as they continue expanding their reach. Looking ahead, their vision is to establish a church community that serves as a beacon of hope and belonging, centered on families with additional needs and others who are often marginalized by society.
