Matthew & Femke Helland lead the IPHC network of churches and ministries in the Netherlands. Their ministry ranges from leading local churches to prison ministry to helping people get out of prostitution. They also lead RUAH Bible Training Centers in 8 nations and 4 languages. RUAH continues to raise up ministry teams who are activating and sustaining personal and global revival as they live to the rhythm of God's heartbeat. Their mission is to make God's love tangible through the power of the Holy Spirit. Their dream is to see new churches planted and many new believers discipled in Europe & the world.
